ABOUT THE MAKER:
MIT-trained scientist Jason McCrea founded McCrea’s because it fused together two great passions – chemistry and his appreciation for natural ingredients. After spinning together a lovely team full of talent, he now serves as the Chief Caramel Scientist of the operation, whose primary responsibility is to ensure every caramel that gets outputted is of the highest quality and taste.
