ABOUT THE MAKER:
Jolene Collins has been a sriracha enthusiast since she was 15. When she isn’t working she can be found with her yoga mat across Brooklyn. When we first started working with her there was only one sriracha brand that most Bostonians could name, and that was Huy Fong, commonly known as “the rooster sauce”. Cut to two years later and JoJo’s sriracha is easily one of our most sought after products.
