Posted on July 25 2019

REBEL REBEL

Who: Lauren Friel is the owner and “wine nerd extraordinaire”

What: A no rules natural wine bar where Lauren wants the community to engage, grow, and communicate with each other.

Where: Bow Market in Somerville

Why: The wine list is constantly changing with winemakers constantly visiting to provide even more options. Every Sunday there will be a Wine 101 class if you’re interested in wine nerding it out. While there isn’t a full menu, you can snack on some salty olives, crunchy olive-oil fried potato chips from Spain, or delicious cheese from our own South End store Formaggio.

What: A Traditional Italian food and drink restaurant with a modern twist focusing on handmade pastas

Where: 28 West Broadway Boston, MA

Why: It’s a casual and contemporary communal gathering place for guests to celebrate anything and everything. Karen wants to bring Italy alive on our little corner of the earth, with exceptional ingredients, traditional soul-satisfying dishes, and modern twists to beloved classics.

What: An adult snack bar free of seats

Where: Fenway -1377 Boylston Street Boston, MA

Why: A snack bar with no seats! The reason for no seating is because Tiffani wanted it to be a unique quick bite place. If you’re on the way to a Red Sox game, but want something more upscale than fast food chains, this is the place to be. You’ll be able to choose from a small menu that features Fancy Finger Sandwiches and Croquettes.
